Administrators, tenants and activity
Keep administration scoped to the people and tenants that need it.
01Set up administrator access
Platform administrators manage administrator profiles, roles, enabled status and tenant assignments. Tenant administrators can switch among their active assigned tenants. Only platform administrators configure trunks and apply telephony changes.
02Keep access current
Use the separate password change and reset flows to manage passwords. Role, access and profile changes invalidate existing sessions. Replace the initial password when prompted on first login.
03Review activity and calls
Application activity records web authentication, configuration changes, password actions and provisioning access. Dashboard totals come from retained CDR records, use UTC daily boundaries and are not billing figures. SSH maintenance is recorded in system logs.
